TED KOCAELİ KOLEJİ ÖZEL ANADOLU LİSESİ BİY PROGRAMI 9. SINIF ÖĞRENCİLERİ ”GİRİŞİMCİLİK VE İNOVASYON” EĞİTİMİ ALDI

Kocaeli Üniversitesi Teknoloji Transfer Ofisi Girişimcilik ve Şirketleşme Takım Lideri ve Eğitmeni Alican Oflaz, TED Kocaeli Koleji Bilim İnsanı Yetiştirme Programı 9. sınıf öğrencilerine 10, 11 ve 14 Ocak 2019 tarihlerinde  ‘Girişimcilik ve İnovasyon’ eğitimi verdi.

10 Ocak 2019 Perşembe günü  “Girişimci Olmak ya da Olmamak” adlı oturumda   öğrencilerimiz hayallerindeki girişimciyi birlikte çizerek iyi bir girişimcide bulunması gereken özellikleri belirlediler. Ardından “Robot Fabrikası” adlı oturumda küçük gruplara ayrılarak yaratıcılıklarını, iletişim ve organizasyon becerilerini kullanarak ekip çalışması yaptılar.

11 Ocak 2019 Cuma günü “Ar-Ge vs İnovasyon”  ve “ Çok Güzel Çözümler Bunlar” oturumları sırasında öğrencilerimiz  beyin fırtınası, ters beyin fırtınası, Gordon yöntemi, düşünce haritası gibi yöntemlerle  “Ar-Ge, İnovasyon, Endüstri 4.0, İleri Teknoloji, Kuluçka Süresi” gibi kavramları farklı yöntemlerle pekiştirme ve konu ile ilgili farkındalıklarını arttırma fırsatı yakaladılar. Birlikte belirledikleri problemlere çözüm arayarak yaratıcılıklarını ve problem çözme becerilerini geliştirdiler.

14 Ocak 2019 Pazartesi günü “İş Planı” eğitimi  aldılar. Bu oturumlar sırasında iş planının basamakları, iş planının hazırlanmasında kaçınılması gereken hatalar gibi konu başlıkları hakkında bilgi sahibi oldular. Ardından öğrenmiş oldukları ‘Kanvas İş Modeli’ni kullanarak uygulama yaptılar.

Üç günlük eğitimi başarı ile tamamlayan BİY Programı 9.sınıf öğrencilerimiz  ve eğitime katılan Matematik Bölüm Başkanı Nilay Önen Kayabaş, Fen Bilimleri Bölüm Başkanı Aslı Taş , Kimya Öğretmeni Canan Ertürk ve Biyoloji Öğretmeni Hande Çetinkıl başarı sertifikalarını aldılar.

Farklı teknik ve yöntemlerin kullanıldığı, öğrencilerimizin aktif katılımları ile oldukça verimli  ve keyifli geçen bu eğitim için Kocaeli Üniversitesi Teknoloji Transfer Ofisi Girişimcilik ve Şirketleşme Takım Lideri ve Eğitmeni Alican Oflaz’a teşekkür ederiz.
