TED KOCAELİ KOLEJİ ÖĞRETMENLERİ “RENKLERİNİ” ÖĞRENİYOR

Psikolog Nur Heper, TED Kocaeli Koleji 2018-2019 eğitim dönemi seminerlerinde, okul öğretmenlerine “Renklerle Karakter Analizi” konulu bir etkinlik gerçekleştirdi.

TED Kocaeli Koleji öğretmenleri, “Renkahenk” etkinliğine Sayın Nur Heper’in uyguladığı bir anket ile başladı. Ardından anket sonucuna göre renk gruplarına ayrılan öğretmenler, Sayın Heper’in sunumu eşliğinde birbirinden keyifli ve öğretici aktivitelerle karakterlerini renklerle keşfetme imkanı buldular.

Böylece öğretmenler, yeni eğitim-öğretim dönemine ekip arkadaşlarını da daha yakından tanıma fırsatı bularak başladılar. Psikolog Nur Heper’in liderliğinde temelde “gold, mavi, yeşil ve turuncu” olmak üzere 4 ayrı kategoride analiz edilen öğretmenler, kişilik renkleri aracılığıyla sosyal ilişkileri ve öğrencilerini tanıma adına çok anlamlı beceriler elde ettiler.

TED Kocaeli ailesi olarak bir kez daha birlikte öğrenmenin ve öğrenirken eğlenebilmenin tadına vardığımız bir eğitime imza attık.
