TED Kocaeli Koleji İlkokulu 4. Sınıf Öğrencileri, Başiskele Toplum Sağlığı Merkezinden Diyetisyen Nurçin Nalbant tarafından verilen “Yeterli ve Dengeli Beslenme” konulu seminere katılım gösterdiler.

Seminer kapsamında, hangi besin gruplarından ne kadar tüketmemiz gerektiği, sağlıklı beslenmede dikkat edilecek besin grupları ve mevsim sebze ve meyvelerine dikkat ederek beslenmenin önemi konularına değinildi. Seminerin sonuç kısmında öğrendiklerinden sağlıklı bir tabak hazırlanması kısmında fikir yürüten öğrencilerimiz öğle yemeğine öğrendiklerini uygulayacak olmanın bilinciyle yönlendiler.
