OTİZMİN FARKINDAYIZ, ONLARIN YANINDAYIZ
Gerçekleştirdiği sosyal sorumluluk projeleri ile dikkat çeken TED Kocaeli Koleji, “2 Nisan Dünya Otizm Farkındalık Günü” nedeniyle TED Kocaeli Kolejinde, “Otizmin Farkındayız, Onların Yanındayız” isimli bir konferans gerçekleştirmişti. Konferansın ardından bu motto ile çalışmalarına devam eden TED Kocaeli Koleji Okul Aile Birliği, 2009 yılında İzmit’te kurulan Kocaeli Otistik Çocuklar Derneği’ne (KOÇDER) müzik odası bağışladı.
MÜZİK ENSTRÜMANLARI VE SES SİSTEMİ BAĞIŞLANDI
Gerçekleşen etkinlik kapsamında müzik odası yapılmak üzere ayrılan bir odaya çok sayıda müzik enstrümanı ve ses sistemi bağışlandı. Açılış programına; TED Kocaeli Koleji Genel Koordinatörü / İlkokul ve Ortaokul Müdürü Rasim Aydoğuş, KOÇDER Başkanı İlkin Kılıç, TED Kocaeli Koleji Okul Aile Birliği Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Ercan Kocacıklıoğlu ve üyeleri Selda Dışpınar, Eda Kağnıcı, Kadriye Sarımeşe, Alparslan Kuş ve Ritm-Perküsyon Eğitmeni Murat Bizel’in yanı sıra KOÇDER yöneticileri ve derneğe üye aileler katıldı.

Açılış programında konuşan TED Kocaeli Koleji Genel Koordinatörü Rasim Aydoğuş,” Okulumuzda geçen dönem de bu konu ile alakalı çeşitli programlarımız olmuştu. “Otizmin Farkındayız, Onların Yanındayız” sloganıyla gerçekleştirdiğimiz etkinlik sonrası öğrencilerimizdeki otizm farkındalığının arttığını gözlemledik. Müzik odanız hayırlı olsun. Okul Aile Birliği üyelerimize ve KOÇDER yönetimine çok teşekkür ediyorum” diye konuştu.
KOCAMAN BİR AİLE OLDUK
Aydoğuş’un ardından söz alan KOÇDER Başkanı İlkin Kılıç, “2009 yılında kurulduğumuzda küçücük bir aile idik. Daha sonra farkındalık projeleri ile baktık ki sizler gibi güzel gönül dostlarımız otizmin farkında oldunuz ve bizlerin yanımızda oldunuz. Biz artık kocaman bir aile olduk. Böyle bir müzik odasına sahip olduğumuz için çok mutlu olduk. Dernek üyeleri adına sizlere teşekkür ediyorum” dedi.
Etkinlik TED Kocaeli Koleji Müzik Öğretmeni Murat Bizel’in öğrenciler ile birlikte yaptığı ritm-perküsyon çalışması ile sona erdi.
