Sevgili Atatürk,

Türk milleti olarak sizi her gün hasretle anıyoruz. Bizi düşmanlardan kurtardığınız ve bizim bugünlere gelmemizi sağladığınız için size minnettarız. Siz olmasaydınız şu an bir ülkenin himayesi altında hiçbir hakkımız olmadan çok kötü bir durumda yaşamaya çalışıyor olurduk. Siz imkânsız görünen bir durumdan hiç kimsenin umudu kalmamışken hatta ülke bölünmeye başlanıp diğer ülkeler tarafından paylaşılırken millî mücadeleyi başlattınız. Üstün savaş zekânızla herkesi bir araya toplayıp kimsenin bizim topraklarımıza göz dikemeyeceğini büyük bir zaferle kanıtladınız. O zamanki zorlu koşullarda halk fakirken silahımız, askerimiz ve cephanemiz yetersizken siz birlik ve beraberlikle her köşesinden halkın desteğiyle başarabilmemizi sağladınız. En büyük hediyeniz Cumhuriyet ile, ilke ve inkılaplarınızın ışığında her zaman olduğu gibi yine izinizden gidiyoruz Ata’m. Sizin sayenizde kazandığımız ülkemizi daha da ileriye götürmek için çok çalışıyor, yenilikler yapıyoruz. Çok teşekkür ederiz Ata’m, size minnettarız.
